HUNAN FINE ART PUBLISHING HOUSE Served as editor, and executive editor-in-chief of the Publishing House, in addition, as editor-in-chief of the well-known magazine "Painter". During this period of time, created considerable well-recognized art works which were selected for exhibitions both at home and abroad and published several theoretical art books. Visiting professor at University of Xiangtan and Hunan School of Industrial art on Fresco Art, Chinese traditional Painting and Buddhist Art of China. Major Academic Publications: "The Culture of West Region and the Art of Dunhuang", "Decorative Art of China and Other Foreign Countries", and "Reflections on Dunhuang Art". The latter was used as text book by Hong Kong University Extension. Major Art Work: Major mural art work include "Soul of the Chu" (3200 x 400cm), at the request of the Hunan Province Government for Hunan Province Library; "The Wonderful Land", (800 x 200cm), at the request of GuangXi Autonomous Region Government for Guilin State Guest House; "The Cradle of Wisdom", at the request of Hunan Province Government for Hunan Children Library. The latter won prestigious art work award at the 7th National Expo of Distinguished Arts. Other representative work include 12 Chinese fine art work for Beijing People's Art Publishing House and Hong Kong Art Products Company; 10 poetic paintings based on the most renowned Chinese poetry "The songs of Chu"; "Life in a Banana Grove" (300 x 120cm), "Spring River" (600 x 160cm), "Rising High", at the request of a Japanese architectural design company; "Melody of Spring" (550 x 220cm), "Song of Joy" (550 x 220cm) at the request of Robert Su in Los Angeles.
